About The Club

Since our formation as a charity club twenty years ago Riverside United Junior FC have been providing a service to the children of the local community of Syston (and the surrounding villages/towns) by building teams of enthusiastic, respectful and aspirational youngsters all interested in learning the art of football. A Syston Junior Football Club to be proud of.

Based at Wreake Valley Academy and with access to the very best in 3G pitch facilities we are proud to be a Charter Standard club following all best working practices to the letter. FA qualified, CRB checked, fully insured coaches are standard practice at Riverside United Junior FC to ensure a high level of coaching and constant peace of mind.

Facilities

3G and Grass Pitches

RUJFC has access to both synthetic turf and grass football pitches, allowing for all year round and all weather training.

Coaching

FA and UEFA Accredited Coaches

All RUJFC coaches have obtained at least their Level 1 FA coaching badge, they are also first aid and safe-guarding trained with mandatory refresher courses every 12 months.

We are an FA Charter Standard Club, meaning that RUJFC has been recognised and rewarded by the FA for the high quality standard that it provides.
